Anywhere. Anytime. Our online coaching programs are designed to give you the freedom to train with us on your own time from anywhere in the world. Each program is fully customized for your specific body and goals. The beauty of online training is that we are not limited to a physical location. So whether you are in Chicago looking to train at 4am or New Zealand with only a few dumbells and a treadmill, I can make it work for you.
Every program is completely customized from the ground up with your specific goals and background in mind. These are not cookie cutter plans for a 1 time fee. When you work with MDRN Athlete, I will personally be involved helping you every step of the way. You will have access to my personal email and phone where I can be reached on a daily basis.
YOUR COACH
Work with me personally to ensure you are receiving nothing but the absolute best knowledge and guidance throughout your entire program. As an IFBB Pro in Men’s Physique, 15 years fitness and competition experience, Doctorate of Pharmacy with a focus on Exercise Science and performance, I live the life that I preach. When you hire me as your personal coach, be prepared to learn, apply and change the way you live forever.
Training that is Personal
Every client is approached as an individual. We will have an initial FaceTime or phone meeting to learn of your specific needs and goals, evaluate areas of focus, limitations and any health concerns we need to consider. Following this initial meeting, I will personally construct your custom training and/or nutrition program tailored toward your individual needs. We will then have weekly check-ins and optional video or phone chats to asses any adjustments that need to take place.
NUTRITION THAT works
Nutrition is 80% of the equation. At MDRN Athlete, we follow a "flexible dieting" approach where you actually LEARN to eat right for your goals. No starvation diets or endless meals of fish and rice in this plan. We include all the foods you love to eat and still achieve your goals. We take a scientific approach to your meal planning; not a cut and paste diet. The best part, this way of eating will be maintainable lifelong without worry of rebound weight gain.
